恭喜綠石咖啡烘豆師王慧齡 (Kelly Wang)的烘焙技術榮獲世界杯測機構的高度肯定,也讓綠石咖啡的品牌與眾不同！

Coffee Review will begin announcing our annual Top 30 Coffees list on Saturday, November 25.We will reveal five coffees per day, announcing coffees No. 5 to No. 1 on Thursday, November 30.For the past five years, Coffee Review has released its Top 30 list, where our editors rank the mostexciting coffees from the thousands we cupped over the course of the past year. We select and rankthese 30 exciting coffees and espressos based on quality (represented by overall rating), value(reflected by most affordable price per pound), and other factors that include distinctiveness of style,uniqueness of origin or tree variety, certification, and general rarity.

什麼是 coffee review? 綠石獲得95分是屬於什麼等級？ |

「Coffee Review」是世界公認的一個咖啡評鑑機構。每年有世界各國的烘焙家將烘好的咖啡豆送審。主要目的是透過此第三方公正機構，來為自己的咖啡豆打分數。
Coffee Review評分包括以下項目：香氣，酸度，厚實度，風味，尾韻。
而總得分的代表意義，以100為滿分：
85分以上→非常好
90分以上→優秀傑出且顯著
95分以上→相當罕見，堪稱是精品中的精品
台灣每年許多烘豆公司或是烘豆師送美國Coffee Review評測許多咖啡豆,大部份都是介於90-93之間較多,如果要進入94+以上的等級,屬於是高分門檻的烘豆技術表現！
綠石咖啡在眾多的送審者中,除了以專長的耶加水洗拿下高分95分之外,更在同年2017再以同款95分豆,進入全球最強30大票選咖啡的23名內！
